My daughter's i phone was shutting off by itself so she decided to do air update. The phone directed her to plug into the usb through the computer(windows 7 PC) and update i tunes to continue. she did. The phone will seemingly be doing the update and communicating fine until the status bar reaches about 2/3 complete then gives the above error message.
