Q: I am unable to send SMS from my iPhone 5

I am using iPhone 5 with latest software vet 7.0.4 I am unable to send SMS and I using nano SIM card please advise me the remedies

Are you provisioned by your carrier to send SMS messages?

I encounter the same issue. Unable to send SMS since this morning without reason. Looks like the issue encountered with the first release of iOS 7 is back !!
