icloud not recognize my apple id

hey all

after i made restore to my ipad , now asking me to sign icloyd to activate it .

but when enter my apple id in icloud website it say you have to setup icloud on your device even i have icloud activated in my ipad before if iam not setting up it why now asking me? , and when i type it in my ipad to activate it , it say cannot active this ipad , what i have to do ?

i have two apple id so i dont know which one was used to setup icloud so i typed two of them and same problem .

any help please .

Did you happen to buy this iPad second hand? Sounds like you Sir/Madame have activation lock if you don't recongize that Apple ID then that iPad is uselss to you without hte proper credentials.

thanks for reply , no its my ipad , but some one played with password lock screen so it was locked i hade to restore it to by pass screen lock , now i have two apple id i dont know which one used to link this icloud , so i tried both of them and give the same error .

"cannot be used to unlock this iPad."
