how to troubleshoot with errror 4013 on iphone 4s?.tried to fix with different cables and laptops with updated ios but problem cant be fix.

Hello i have the same poroblem with connection. In iTunest waiting to your iphone when i want restore my iphone 5. I was completly resignet. Yesterday i have comunnicate that Itunes have update. I download it and then ewerything go all right. I tried many metots i utwist my phone, clear but i could not do it to restore my iphone. After Update itunes restore my phone with 10 mins.
