My ipod touch will not connect to computer and keeps flashing apple logo.

My ipod touch said I needed to restore it so I plugged it in and tried. It said there was an error and it did not restore. Now it will not charge nor turn on or off. When I plug it into the computer or wall outlet it only flashes the apple logo. I have tried different cords and different computers. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and nothing has helped. Device Sync Test show not ipod touch. What else can i try?

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
