What is error code 5

Thank you for responding. I did contact the website and was told that the problem may be with iTunes permissions and to open disc utility & run repair permissions. So I opened disc utility but I thought it would be better to run "verify permissions" first. After doing that, it showed that everything in iTunes permissions needed repair so I ran "repair permissions". After that I went back and ran"verify permissions" again. Again the result was the permissions were wrong. I should add that everything worked fine when I first got the computer. The problem began when I Used migration assistant to transfer the files from old computer which had Snow Leopard OS.

So I can give up on trying to repair "permissions". Thank you. In all my searching of topics, I never saw that one before. Again thanks for taking time to help.
