iPhoneGo to the entry in Contacts. Scroll down to the bottom of the entry. If it says "Block this Caller", you have not blocked them. If it says "Unblock this Caller", you have. Tap to unblock.
You can also go to Settings>FaceTime>Blocked to manage the list.
