How do I unblock a FaceTime contact which I have inadvertently blocked?

It seems that I have accidentally blocked my Father's FaceTime contact. How do I check whether or not this is the case and/or unblock the contact?

When I go to Settings>FaceTime>Blocked the number is there, but there doesn't seem to be any means to unblock it. Clicking on it does nothing. ????

Go to the entry in Contacts. Scroll down to the bottom of the entry. If it says "Block this Caller", you have not blocked them. If it says "Unblock this Caller", you have. Tap to unblock.

You can also go to Settings>FaceTime>Blocked to manage the list.
