Q: Spreadsheet title page numbering

For the Title you can update the title of the table by activating the table (select any cell), then open the table formatter and make sure the table name is enabled (1).

then double click the name (2) and edit the name:

Then print the table using the menu item "File > Print" and check the "Show page numbers" checkbox before clicking the "Print" button:

If you did not mean table name for a title then you can add a text box and edit the text (also adjust size and position).  To add a text box use the "Text" tool in the tool bar:
