When I change the time zone in Calendar, all the events disappear.

I just entered several events set in Mountain Time for next week. I'm in Pacific Time now. I also entered, via importing .ics files, a number of events that are denominated in GMT. These show up beautifully in the Calendar, and in iCloud, and on my iOS devices, all at the appropriate relative time.

But when I change the Calendar timezone setting from Pacific Time to Mountain Time, via the drop-down menu in the upper right of the Calendar on the Mac, all those events simply disappear from the Mac's Calendar. Vanish. Gone. Everything but the All Day events.

They're not deleted. They're still in iCloud and on the iOS devices. But they are simply not visible in Calendar on the Mac screen.

Any ideas?

I am having a similar problem. When I change time zones on my calendar on my MacBook Pro, the events dissaear. Additionally, in my case, these events also don't appear on the day, week, or month view of my iOS devices either. But if I switch to list view (by clicking on the 'search' field) then I can see the entries listed there. Very odd bug or corruption.

I don't know what caused this, and I don't know why it went away after a day or two. Eventually, after a number of restarts, closing all apps, etc., shutting down and restarting, the problem disappeared. I didn't lose any events in the process but it did freak me out for a while. I hope the same happy ending occurs for you. Wish I could give some insight but it's a mystery.

Same problem. Happens consistently, as far as I can tell. The annoying fix is to then disable/enable a calendar in the calendar list, then they all appear again. After that disable-enable, subsequent time zone switches seem to work fine. I can't figure out a sequence to reproduce it.

I submitted a bug report, but without being able to reliably reproduce it, I don't hold out a lot of hope....
