Nov 6, 2015 1:16 PM in response to mmellinger66by Sue S.,I'd like to know as I have been unable to unscrew the cover to insert the memory in a early 09 iMac. I do not want to have to pay a high tech support fee to unscrew one screw. The one I tried only partway removed it then it clicked back into place.

Sue, you do realize that those screws are captive in the cover... right? So you undo the screws but they do not come out of the cover.
