We have a good feedvalidation and it loads fine in iTunes, also other podcasts we use coded very similarly but keeps being rejected and we cannpt tel why. Any help appreciated.

There appears to be no technical problem with your feed. You have an 'explicit' tag set for the podcast itself but not for the episode - whether this is necessary would depend on its content.
However, though obviously I can only offer a guess, I would think the most likely reason is concern that you may be using commercially issued recordings without clearance from both the artists concerned and the record labels. This would be a breach of copyright and would certainly be cause for removal.
In order to be accepted it would be necessary that you either own the copyright of, or have obtained written permission to use, all the recordings in your podcast - if this is the case you will need to find a way of making that clear, probably in the description.
