Q: How do I sync my Outlook on my pc with an i-phone

If you normally sync to iTunes, connect your iPhone to your computer, open iTunes and click on the name of your device. Navigate to the info tab adn if you scroll down you should see the option to sync to outlook. Choose that and sync and the info should travel across.

FWIW I sync Outlook 2010 calendar and contacts on my Windows 8.1 laptop and my iPad 4 using iCloud...

It does now. But there was about two months when it didn't. So something to bear in mind. If there's another windows OS update it could effect iCloud syncing until Apple updates their program to be compatible.

FWIW I have never had an issue syncing Outlook 2010 calendar and contacts using iCloud on the iPad 4, my old iPod Touch (4th gen) or my laptop running Win 8 and now Win 8.1 or my wife's Win 7 desktop...
