Didn't write Down the exact error message. This is my 5th attempt. I will post error message exactly when/if it comes back up. I believe the "error code" was 3014 if I remember correctly

Jan 8, 2014 9:25 PMby ChrisJ4203,That error is a communications error, and could have to do with the hosts file on the computer. Using the second computer could have fixed that. If your computer had ever been used to jailbreak a phone, that can modify your hosts file. The support document that you linked to the forum explains the hosts issue.
