duplicate numbers file in iCloud - now it can not open

Signed into iCloud. Showed duplicate files in numbers. Asked me to choose one. Obviously, I did not "choose wisely". Not the file is 0 bytes and will not open. "This file can not be opened. Try again later."

Any suggestions?
