IMessage Problems PLEASE HELP

Hello, so I am having a lot of trouble with imessage & Facetime,

I keep getting a "Waiting for Activation" & my number wont even show up.

I try logging in to my account and now its even saying to check my network settings, i did all the things i could possibly do such as

trying to reset network settings, resetting and erasing the phone, restoring the phone, setting up as new phone, taking out the sim card. i tried it all.

did anyone else have these problems?. im using an iphone 5S, i been with apple since day 1 of iphone and im pretty smart when it comes to these things.

i fixed alot of iphones. but for some reason im having so much trouble with this! so fusturating.
