Macbook pro with retina

My Macbook pro with Retrina display that is less than 12 months old, does not seem to charge. I noticed it was charging then i noytice my battery level was low again, I checked and the LED light was not green or amber, I checked to make sure power supple was plugged and I was I even tried putting power into anther outlet with no change
