Q: Macbook pro with retina

My Macbook pro with Retrina display that is less than 12 months old, does not seem to charge. I noticed it was charging then i noytice my battery level was low again, I checked and the LED light was not green or amber, I checked to make sure power supple was plugged and I was I even tried putting power into anther outlet with no change

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Reset the SMC > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

If you cannot charge your Mac after doing a SMC reset, make a backup of your files onto an external drive with Time Machine and take the Mac to an Apple Store or reseller. You will get your Mac repaired for free.
