Trying to reinstall iTunes on my pc, win xp 32bit, and it eventually gets to an error message:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
The installation stops here on clicking ok. I used to get this message in the past when I tried to update iTunes. I gave up trying to update in the end as iTunes still worked ok. I thought reinstalling would fix this issue. Any advice greatly appreciated.
