I was updating to ios 7 when my internet disconnected now my phone is stuck in recovery

I was using my iPhone 5 as a hotspot for my computer. Half way through the update the update had network error. I was updating from ios 6 to ios 7. Now my phone is stuck in recovery. No matter what i do i can't take it out. I can't restore because I get error 3004. WHAT DO I DO???
