Open your designated photos folder that you sync to the device and delete the folder iPod Photo Cache. Try again.

The source folder for your photos is normally "My Photos", "User's Photos" or just "Photos" on the computer, not the iPod. If you look inside this folder you willl find a folder called iPod Photo Cache. Delete the folder and sync.


If you can't remember which folder you have set as the source look at the Photos tab of the device. The folder name is shown there.
