Jan 9, 2014 5:15 AM in response to Qudsia88by Ralph Landry1,If you have forgotten restrictions passcode, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213 you will have to completely erase the content and settings and can only restore from a backup that was made before the restrictions passcode was applied. The restrictions passcode is saved as part of a backup so you can not just erase the device and then restore it.
