Photo Stream not working

Photo Stream isn't working. Photos on my iPhone (7.0.4) aren't showing in iPhoto on my iPad (7.0.4). And vise versa - photos on my iPad aren't showing in iPhoto on my iPhone. My Photo Stream and Photo Sharing is ON on both devices. Have also tried turning OFF My Photo Stream and Photo Sharing on both devices and turning back ON. Both devices are on WiFi.

Any help is appreciated.
