I'm not able to uncheck / unview any of my shared calendars

Started happening a few months ago. Everytime I try to uncheck a calendar it automatticaly rechecks the calendar. Very frustrating. Anybody come across this problem? Opend ICloud on mulitple browsers and computers. Same problem.
