You will first want to export your contacts from iCloud using the following article:
iCloud: Export contact information as a vCard

You will then want to log in to her iCloud account, then import the vCard file that had been exported from your iCloud account:

There is a reason why this has only helped 30% of people.

Dec 24, 2015 5:22 PMby LACAllen,The instructions are for selecting multiple contacts while on the iCloud.com website, not a phone. Are you going to the website iCloud.com, signing in and choosing the contacts to export? The steps provided do not use a phone at all... they are all done on the iCloud.com website.
And the detailed instructions for making a VCard are in the article as well.
Click the Action pop-up menu
in the sidebar, then Choose Export vCard.
