I've just installed the scrabble app and the screen won't turn to the horizontal so that the two letter words and dictionary are on the same screen. Any tips please?
Thanks for the quick reply! the side switch doesn't help, and I've checked in settings, and turned it all off etc. Everything else is rotating as required...

Is the app shown as being in landscape (horizontal)? Some apps are forced by the developer to be run in only one orientation . I just checked on my iPhone 5 and all the screen shots are in portrait mode & not landscape. Maybe the app is fixed to run in only portrait mode. If rotation is working correctly everywhere else on your iPad, I would say that the app is fixed in portrait mode. If that's the case, it will not rotate.
The app I bought is for another ipad- my own ipad has it horizontally (landscape). I paid 6.99 for mine as an upgrade from the free one, this new one was 5.49, but to all intents and purposes is the same app.. or so i thought. I bought the new one direct without having the free first. I wonder if its a different one?
