How do you uninstall ARD from Mavericks completely?

ARD was working fine under 10.8 and after upgrading to Mavericks, ARD is unreliable locating 50+ macs on a local network. I wanted to do a fresh install and I removed the plist and Library files but everytime I reinstall, its still remembering my old prefs so I'm missing something.
