How to change location of auto-saving files in Final Cut Pro? Now it is in "final cut projects" on Macintosh HD and my Mac is already full 😟 but I would like to put it or external HD and can't find this option

In Final Cut Pro, go to the menu Final Cut Pro > System Settings and then make your choices on the Scratch Disk tab:
You can set the location for FCP to place you files there.
