photostream quit working

I have uninstalled it many times restarting and variouse other operations inclusing deleteing all traces on my computer. The shared photo sharing folders work just fine, but the photo stream will not bring a single picture down.

It is working on ipad, iphone and other pc's.

Could there be a compatibility problem with another program or something?

I was hoping i might be able to find a log or run some sort of test to find out why one but not the other would function. Doesnt make much sense other than Im relativly sure its somehting on this computer.
