Just started having iMessage problems on all of our devices. Help?

Is everyone still having problems with iMessage on iOS 7? We just started having problems within these past 2weeks. None of the online solutions work that I have found(reset network settings, turn on and off iMessage, turn on iPad,iPhone etc.) are there any other possible troubleshooting techniques I'm missing?
