Why can't I sync an iTunes piece I bought at the iTunes Store?

From my iMac in the Apple iTunes Store, I bought the album: "Let It Be . . . Naked"

I want to play the item "Let It Be . . . Naked - iTunes LP (v1.0).itlp" on my iPad Air.

I can't sync this item from the iMac to the iPad Air. What is this item?

It plays in iTunes on my iMac. Why can't I sync it to my iPad Air?

Is this item an audiobook? Why did iTunes assign it as music?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4, 32 GB iPad Air

I think that it's an iTunes LP : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3823

In which case :

The songs or featured movies can be viewed directly on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but iTunes LP or iTunes Extras can only be viewed from within iTunes on an authorized computer.
