I switched from an iphone to a samsung and now when people try to text me it sends as an imessage. How do they turn imessage off for 1 person?
Are you using iMessage on your Samsung? If so, turn it off in settings for that phone. If not, try turning it off on your old iPhone. I'm not sure of the exact context of this question, so I probably won't be able to help much.
youneed to contact Apple support (1-800-MYAPPL) and tell then you got rid of your iPhone and need to disable iMessage for your AppleID.
