I have a new computer and when I open my itunes to backup my Iphone & Sync it, it doesn't acknowledge the iphone, what do I need to do

I have changed computers and when I plug in my iPhone to sync and update it doesn't acknowledge the phone at all, What do I need to do? Cheers
