All the installation process went fine and it even displayed "Installation Successful!" And now I can't find it anywhere 😢

Have you looked in your startup drive: applications folder? Just want to make sure. Did you do a finder (or spotlight) search for Final Cut Pro?
By any chance do you have both FCP7 and FCPX installed?
Hi Michael. Yes I looked everywhere, and actuallly I have the same amount of GB I had available in my drive before "installing" it, so my guess is it didn't get installed. I did have FCPX and the same had happened so, given that I'm in a real hurry and don't really want to use FCPX anymore, I moved it to the trash, and emptied it. Then I did the installation process all over again and the same happened. I don't know if what I did counts as uninstalling FCPX.
BTW what I'm trying to install is FCP7
Go to www.digitalrebellion.com and get the fcp uninstaller and then reinstall.
Are you sure you've chosen the right options for the install if you're doing a custom install.
Here's a user tip regarding installtions. Making disk images of the installation dvd's can save an enormous amount of time.
