Help!! Application Loader not adding App.

Hey guys,

Im new to this whole 'Apple' Development scene.

I've been trying to deliver a package through the Application Loader for about 2 weeks straight and it keeps coming up with the same 3 errors, regardless what i change/alter.

So far I have;

- Deleted all certificates/profiles and started from scratch. Adding just one Distribution Certificate and one Provisioning Profile to go with it.

- Re-installed X-code. (Earlier, then later versions.)
- Tried installing an earlier version of Application Loader.

Bundle Id's all match up and everything is signed.

I'm wandering if it has something to do with the OS X im running.

I'm currently using OS X 10.9.1, Xcode Version 5.0 and Application Loader 2.9.

Please help me. I'm going insane.
