Are my earphone under a warranty

Both of my earphone wire that is connected to a thicker wire has broke off and I was wondering if this is under a warranty and I could change a new earphone. This has happened to me with all my previous Apple earphones. My earphones are in a really good condition and I have used it for about a year now. However the white rubbery layer that covers the inner wire just broke off out of a sudden and the inner wires are visible now. I wonder if there is any way to attach it back because it is still usable and it looks more fragile now.
