Templates from Pages disappeared?

I created a newsletter last October using a template from Pages and it was awesome. Now I'm trying to create another one and there are only 4 templates for newsletter. What happened to the rest that I saw in October? Did I lose them after upgrading to OS Mavericks? Where do I find them again?

MacBook Pro (17-inch Early 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Your version of Pages '08/'09 was upgraded to Pages 5.

Apple has removed over 90 features from Pages 5. Because Pages 5 can not do much of what was in Pages '09, Apple removed 2/3rds of the templates in Pages 5 and simplified the rest.

If you had Pages '09 before, it should still be in your Applications/iWork folder.

Archive/trash Pages 5, after Exporting your files to Pages '09, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

Dear Peter,

Thank your for the link and for the explanation. Unfortunately, the solution that you suggested did not help because I did not buy iWork, I only bought Pages and Keynote. So I could not find my iWork folder in my Applications folder. I tried finding a Keynote folder but there isn't one. But to make sure that I did follow your suggestion correctly, I went to my folder library and in the Application Support folder, there aren't any folder related to Pages or Keynote. Should I revert to using Pages 09 instead?

Dear Peter,

I now realized why I don't have the folder for Pages '09. When I first tried to upgrade to OS Mavericks, the connection suddenly became unstable, and I couldn't upgrade. After that first try, I could not upgrade at all through the internet so I brought my laptop to the Mac store. They upgraded my laptop by wiping out all my harddrive so I had to download my Pages and Keynote again from iCloud. That is why I don't have my Pages '09 anymore. What do I do now to get back to Pages '09?
