My iPod touch was stolen

My iPod touch was stolen and I was getting pics from the perpetrators for about two weeks. It was also showing up with my other devices in find my iPhone. Now the iPod is still in my account but it isn't showing up in find my iPhone anymore. I am not getting pics from it in my photo stream anymore either. Is there a way I can get it to show up on find my iPhone again, or get pictures from it to show up in my photo streaming again? I still have my serial number and when I purchased it. The iPod I feel was the only way I was going to be able to catch the perpetrators as they robbed my dead mothers house took her jewelry and was even wearing her gold cross in some of the pics and desecrated my dead dogs ashes by prying open their boxes. They are vile and disgusting and I want justice for what they have done.
