I have downloaded and installed Combo Client Updater so I can update my software, but I guess I have some installation problems:(
Even though installed, I can't find it in installed applications, so I can use it.
Can you please let me know, how I can fix this?

The combo updater patches other files and isn't an application of its own. To check if it's been installed, choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and look at the version; it should match the one you ran the updater for.
