Question

I am not able to access Canon EOS 600D on OS X 10.9

I am facing problem for accessing the camera after upgrading to OS X 10.9, i download all below drivers find in the web.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7), system shows OS X 10.9

How are you trying to acess it? What problems are you having?

Is all your Apple software up to date?

Did you try the software that came with the camera?

The canon website lists DPP version 3.13.51

What do you mean by accessing? No software is required for JPEGS.

Are you using RAW? Forget about .exes they are for Windows.

Dear Frank,

I want to say i am not able to access the camera through the EOS utility, before it was, even when i loaded mounton lion, i find a patch for activating the EOS utility, for this version i am not look like cameras EOS utility which is coming with Canon is not working. now i can ge the pictures through Preview.

Then you have a much deeper problem. You either have a bad cable, a bad USB port on the Mac or a bad USB port on the camera. You might want to try another cable and computer.

So you can access the camera from Preview but not through the Canon EOS Utility app?

If this is the case have you tried EOS Utility 2.13.40 Updater for Mac OS X
