Questions about auto-update

Hi,

I have some questions about using apple TV in enterprise with auto-update activated. If there is a new update available, will it appear during a presentation? Do the update install when no one use the apple tv or will just ask for a manual installation? does it auto-install itself in standby mode or in sleep mode?
