Apple thunderbolt display - Can i work it with the new MacBook Pro's, which have a HDMI Output?

I Bought my Apple thunderbolt display around 2 years ago now, tougther with my MacBook pro. I am thinking of switching my MacBook out tough with a new one this summer.

But will the new 2013/2014 macbook's work with my thunderbolt display???

Yes. The New Retina MacBook Pro has two Thunderbolt ports. Plug the display into one of the Thunderbolt ports.

You will need a MagSafe adapter.
