I want to remove the balance from me

i want to remove my balance account from my id because I don't have bank account any more
You can try contacting iTunes Support via this page and ask thek if they can remove the balance from your account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
