I am an AOL user and set up AOL via Mail, Contact, Calendars in iPhone 5s settings.
Nevertheless, I am unable to view my AOL contacts or my AOL address book in iPhone contacts.
There must be a solution for this. Please advise.

I did. The Contact that are in my phone were those that were transferred over from the contacts of my old, non-smart phone cell phone to my new i-phone (was done at the store where i purchased my phone). The contacts transferred over were simply phone numbers.
Although I set up AOL on my iphone (and it seemed easy to do), my AOL contacts/address did not populate anywhere in the iphone.
In Contacts app, do you see Groups in upper left? Tap it if you do, and make sure AOL contacts is enabled on the next screen.
Don't see Groups? You didn't set up Contacts in your AOL mail account. Enable that and try again.
The only thing I see under AOL is "Mail" and "Notes."
Do you suggest that I delete the AOL email account and start over in order to obtain/enable my AOL Contacts?
I am wondering whether this is an AOL problem and not an Apple/iPhone issue.

isn app that I must download from the Apps Store? Or is this an application that is installed already on ios?
