I cannot use all the instrument in garage band

Question

I cannot use all the instrument in garage band

I am using iphone 5 before when i download the garageband, now I'm using the iphone 5s and i transfer all the file in 5s. When i download again the garageband i cannot use all the instrument. basically if u have iphone 5s u can use all the instrument in garageband why in phone is not???

We don't have apple store in dubai, so i call the apple support. But they dis not fix the issue. What i need to do???

Have you tried to restore your previous purchase? See this link:

Expanding GarageBand for iOS 2.0 content with an in-app purchase

If you previously purchased an earlier version of GarageBand for iOS, you will get the In-App Purchase content for free. To restore your purchase, you may need to tap Already Purchased when you see the in-app purchase in GarageBand.
