Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
and neither is any other one. I tried rebooting and changing batteries but nothing. It's just frozen. I need to call apple but I can't read the serial number on the desktop and I get it on the mac. Ideas?
My whole life is on that mac and I need it back SOON!
It sounds like you are trying to use a wireless mouse, is that right? Just to get yourself back up and running, try a wired USB mouse. You may need to delete the old mouse from the bluetooth preferences and then re-pair it. This has occasionally happened to me with my iMac.
