My iPhone does not ring always, only goes right to messages no ring
Having trouble with iPhone, won't ring when getting in coming calls goes to message only?

I would make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb enabled:
Turn on Do Not Disturb. Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to open Control Center, then tap the do not disturb button (looks like a partial moon). When Do Not Disturb is on, the do not disturb button appears in the status bar.
If you're still not hearing calls and Do Not Disturb is disabled, then I would run through the troubleshooting steps in here:
