My iCloud is locked with an old disable Apple ID . How can I delete it from my iPhone ?

I don't remember the password for the old email address and it has been disable for awhile. I did create a new Apple ID, however, I can't not purchase or update my apps for lack of old password! Any other options for me ?
contact applecare 800 275 2273 - to get it re-enabled - then they can help reset password if u need that - only way to get the icloud acct off the device

Perhaps, if you can prove that you are the owner of the account. Call Apple Support and ask to speak with Account Security.

when i reset my iphone it asked me to enter my icloud account and passward but my icloud email is changed .I creat an apple id the same of the old one but also when i enter them to activate my iphone it said that this email canot be used to unlock this iphone although it is the same email as the old email plzzzz heelp me i cant activate my iphone
