how do i unlock my iphone if it says iphone disabled

So basically, my mum confiscated my phone for around 2 months and she returned it to me toda. i put it in the charger and for some reason it says iphone disabled. Itried connecting to itunes, but when i sign in to icloud, it says ' icloud encountered an error and it woint let me restore my iphone.

i dont know what to do, can someone help please??😟
