my facetime apps is missing on my iphone 5 few days ago..

I'm using my facetime few weeks ago and working very well in qatar, but when i went to Philippines, I noticed that my facetime icon was missing and can't be used even in my contacts..

settings - general - about - model - do you see AE in it. IF so you won't be able to get or use facetime.

If not, then double check your restrictions.
