I keep getting a message saying 'Your Apple TV isn't connected to the network. To check your network settings choose settings, general then select network.' It doesn't allow me to go to network settings to fix this. I can't click into it.
You are saying the "Network" option under Settings > General > Network is grayed out?
It won't allow me to get into settings. When I click on network tab across the top of the screen it comes up with above error message.
