Switching Bluetooth Connections

I have a wearable device that is connected, through bluetooth, to my iPhone. When I get into my car I want to switch the connection to my car. Is there any way to switch between bluetooth devices without going into the bluetooth settings on my phone?

I have the same question as above. I have a bluetooth headset and my car's audio system has bluetooth. When I get in the car, the car's bluetooth connection overrides the headset's. I want to know how to swap which device is connected. In Settings/Bluetooth, I don't see how to disconnect one. I don't want to have to unpair the phone from the car every time. In my old "dumb" phone, there was an easy way to swap between the two connections: making one active would disconnect the other. How do I do it on my new iPhone 6?
